Each container is labelled with the poundage and the date the honey was collected and bottled. We always talk real nice to our bees and even offer them a little smoke before we do business with them. Is there such a thing as a normal year any more? at least we were able to collect more honey than we did last year. We didn’t do our usual craft fair booth at Villa Madonna, so we have some still left for your epicurean delight.
